An account of Knights Insolvency Administration when it started trading on the Australian Stock Exchange on August 29 is given. The Australian company faced five investigations by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) involving two of the Knights' three principals, John Schmierer and Dennis Olfermans.
