Article Abstract:
The need to comprehend the difference between finance and commerce in the global economic scenario is highlighted. In this context, the anomalies of global capital and saving imbalances are analyzed. World capital markets in United States, Europe and Japan analyzed vis-a-vis world commerce in China and India.
