Organizational learning as a strategic resource in supply management
Article Abstract:
The potential role of organizational learning, as a strategic resource in supply management, where learning is defined as the values and beliefs, associated with development of new knowledge are studied. The result indicated, that learning has a positive effect on set of learning, supply, management, performance, and management consequences.

Antecedents of supply chain visibility in retail supply chains: a resource-based theory perspective
Article Abstract:
The antecedents of high levels of visibility in supply chains across different external supply chain linkages are examined. The level of visibility is due to different factors which are technology and non-technology based. These factors are studied using resource-based theory.
