Richard Humphry, the managing director of the Australian Stock Exchange, has released the Humphrey Report, which recommends that government outsourcing be removed from the Office of Asset Sales and IT Outsourcing and be returned to government agencies. The Australian Information Industry Association has come out in support of Humphrey's report.
