Parliament vote tally confirms CP win

Article Abstract:

The Communist Party of the Russian Federation won 157 out of 450 Duma seats in parliamentary elections held Dec 17, 1995. The Liberal Democratic Party finished second and the Our Home is Russia party also did well. The turnout was 64.75% of eligible voters.
