Pratt's rail plan
Article Abstract:
The business plans of Richard Pratt, chairman, Visy Industries, Australia to rebuild the disused 80-kilometre rail line to link Tumut mill in Southern New Wales to the main Melbourne-Sydney rail line at Cootamundra, is discussed. The plan comes as means to strike back against high freight charges.
