Article Abstract:
A technique for restructuring the supply chain network to maintain a company's competitive advantage is presented. The process has two decision levels. The first level is when the present network performance is assessed and efficient practices are determined. In the second level, a model that integrates efficient practices is designed to restructure the network. Such and integrated strategy permits decision maker input throughout the process.
