Many executives and other over-worked people are taking adventure vacations as a way to revive mental and physical health. Various adventure organizations offer activities as varied as deep-sea diving, mountain climbing, and flying military jets. There are certain risks in such recreation, but many participants agree that a high-stress job and low-activity presents a greater risk.
