Article Abstract:
Automakers have always been plagued by vehicle roll-overs even though safety improvements and driver education may have helped some. Now the hottest sellers are the ones that have the worst record for roll-overs, sport-utility vehicles. FAA proposes test of rudder part on Boeing 737 jets
Article Abstract:
A valve that is part of Boeing 737 jets' rudders is a possible potential danger area if it has one or more cracks. The FDA is proposing all valves be tested, regardless of cracks, and that they be retested after 12,000 flying hours. Boeing will probably request all carriers to test those that are in planes currently flying; the company will test those that are coming off the assembly line.
