Supply risk in fragile contracts
Article Abstract:
Supply chains contracts are increasing in complexity which result to breaches and costly disruptions. Fortunately the existence of spot markets provide buyers a means to make up for lost supply. The importance of spot markets in supply risk in fragile contracts are discussed.
