Australia's most controversial new building is Colonial Peninsula's East Circular Quay development also known as 'Toaster'. The retail segment of the development is known as the Opera Quays and is marketed by Colliers Jardine. There will be 25 stores, nine restaurants and three art-house cinemas in the complex. Many quality retailers are interested in becoming part of the operation.
