TQM: A change management model for market orientation
Article Abstract:
An internationally-based questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the possibility of using TQM as an integrative approach to guide market orientation change for electric utilities. Results of the study indicated that the influence of TQM applications on market orientation is positive and significant and that the external business environment seems to have little interaction on the effectiveness of using TQM for change towards market orientation.

The quality organization: a conceptual framework
Article Abstract:
The dissatisfaction of stakeholders can inhibit the management's ability to implement the quality organization, or a set of interdependent behaviors aimed at stakeholder satisfaction, which leads to stakeholder dissatisfaction. This conceptual framework, based on ratings of MBA students from Montclair State University, is discussed.
