The Tasmanian company, Tassal the Australia's biggest Atlantic farmer was close to pulling off a turnaround and was placed in receivership on June 25, 2002, owing almost $40 million to its bank and other creditors. The strategies adopted by the company to save the company from closing itself are highlighted.
