Team locus-of-control composition, leadership structure, information acquisition, and financial performance: A business simulation study
Article Abstract:
Team information acquisition mediates the effect of the relationship of team locus-of-control composition and leadership structure on team financial performance in a decision-making context. Teams with high average internal locus-of-control scores performed better without leaders and with low locus-of-control heterogeneity.

Is high employee turnover really harmful? An empirical test using company records
Article Abstract:
The analysis based on economic performance data from 110 offices of a temporary employment agency showing U-shaped relationship between employee turnover and firm's performance is tested. The cultural and structural characteristics showed that high turnover is harmful in appropriate control of funds growing in the firm.
