The management styles of the chief executive officers (CEOs) of the organization were the main cause of failed strategies, shareholder lawsuits and missed earnings in 2005. Boards, therefore, are looking for CEOs who can demonstrate superb people skills in dealing with employees and other stakeholders while delivering consistent results.
