Article Abstract:
The difference in the attitude displayed by Generation Y towards their jobs is discussed. The values and expectations of Generation Y differ vastly from those of baby boomers and Generation X. Generation Y is more likely to leave a job at whim without considering the consequences. The measures that business enterprises have to take to keep these young people in jobs are discussed.
