The Innovator's Dilemma as a Problem of Organizational Competence
Article Abstract:
The author argues that the decision to avoid responding to disruptive innovation may be a choice that is completely rational, given that the theorist who examined the innovation problem in 1997, Clayton Christensen, himself acknowledges that the issue is too complex to rule out such an action completely.
