The impact of team empowerment on virtual team performance: The moderating role of face-to-face-interaction
Article Abstract:
The relationship between team empowerment and virtual team performance and its moderating effect on face-to-face interaction on teams-empowered-team performance is determined. The independent assessments of virtual team performance, customer satisfaction showed a strong prediction for teams that met fact-to-face less than more frequently.

Article Abstract:
A study on human capital theory that explains the way in which general skill development and promotion are related to voluntary turnover is presented. The results indicate that voluntary turnover increases when individuals earn graduate degrees but is significantly reduced if they are subsequently reduced.
