The work of Chris Corrigan's, the businessman who took on Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) over restrictive work practices in 1998 and created a big transport company. His clash with corporate governance reforms for the investment banker-turned-transport tycoon with his own ability to fight back is described. Corrigan has viewed himself as an anti-establishment, a radical conservative who achieved top position through his own ability.
