A cultural shift is occurring in corporate Australia with woman reaching senior rank in large and medium size organizations in the public and private sectors. The inaugural dean of the Australia-New Zealand School of Government believes that the companies may have to satisfy a legal process or a code to show that they have searched for suitable women and considered them for boards to raise awareness.
