Article Abstract:
Results of a study carried out by William Gerard Sanders and Mason A. Carpenter revealed a number of management concerns faced by multinational corporations. Findings showed that multinational firms need to address diversities related to customers, competition, culture and legal considerations. The results indicated that coordination efforts between business units can become complicated and critical as multinational corporations strive to develop specialized and culturally specific areas of expertise.
