U.S. offers Bosnia peace plan; new offensives launched
Article Abstract:
US envoy Richard Holbrooke submitted a new peace plan to the various factions in the Balkans on Aug 14, 1995. The plan reportedly gives 51% of the territory to Croats and Muslims and 49% to Serbs. Croat and Bosnian forces launched new attacks near Dubrovnik and Donji Vakuf.
