Unique ideas and their transformation into repeat transactions
Article Abstract:
Entrepreneurs need to convert insights into repeated transactions for their businesses to thrive. Australian companies do not become global companies because of the lack of good management education, the geographical location and the financial sector. Entrepreneurs need to find a point of difference, they must realize that there are different levels of motivation in a staff and they must handle the challenge of managing growth.
