Who watches pay TV?
Article Abstract:
Australia's pay television industry has carried advertisements since Jul 1, 1997. Approximately 11.4% of Australian homes or 750,000, subscribe to pay television. The industry has not done a careful survey of the number of people watching pay television or what programs and channels are popular with the viewers. As a result, it is difficult for the industry to gain advertisers.
