Article Abstract:
The differences between Australian managers in Asia and their US counterparts are analyzed. America's Management Research Group (MRG) conducted a study to examine leadership behaviors of Australian and New Zealand managers where the findings raised questions about the degree of awareness of Australian managers of their cultural biases and whether it is likely to cause conflicts with their management counterparts overseas.
