83% of adults read daily papers
Article Abstract:
A survey conducted by NADbank '98 showed that 83% of adults aged 18 and above read a daily newspaper. An average of 45 minutes was spent by Canadians weekdays on reading a daily newspaper. NADbank '98, the daily newspaper readership data study, discovered that managers, professionals and executives comprise the majority of readers among 18+, with 3.53 million. Working women followed with 3.32 million weekly readers and blue collar workers with 1.5 million weekly readers.
