A capital move
Article Abstract:
The capital of Russia should be moved to St. Petersburg. The city was the capital of Russia in a time of past greatness and is located near the rest of Europe, which would promote closer ties with other countries of the West. The move would also provide an opportunity to clear out ex-communist bureaucrats.
