A cross-national study on the impact of management teams on the rapid internationalization of small firms
Article Abstract:
The findings of a cross-national study conducted in Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand that show the impact of management teams in controlling the external resources needed for accelerated internationalization, are presented. It is concluded that knowledge creation and transfer between community-networked participants enable dispersed entrepreneurship to prosper.
