The influence of behavioural and organisational characteristics on the success of international strategic alliances
Article Abstract:
Behavior characteristics were found to significantly influence alliance performance. Success was linked to trust, commitment, communication and interdependence. However, organizational characteristics, such as control mechanisms and structure, had little influence on alliance success.
