A dangerous chain reaction
Article Abstract:
There is concern about conflict within the Balkan region and the situation could deteriorate unless western countries intervene. Serbia has taken action against separatists in Kosovo, Yugoslavia, and demonstrations have been held against the government in neighboring Albania by supporters of former president, Sali Berisha. Meanwhile, Kosovan refugees have been moved to Albania from Montenegro, which has sealed its border against further refugees from Kosovo.
