High-profile consultant, Dieter Rickert, who is among Germany's most successful headhunters, may have to worry about the changing nature of the executive search business. Many of Rickert's competitors believe that small executive search firms such as Rickert and Co will find it increasingly difficult to conduct business in the future. Rickert, however, remains successful using his sometimes controversial methods to place top executives.
