The Palestinians have long lost trust faith in Prime minister Netanyahu's adherence to the Oslo peace accords, but latest plan for Jewish settlements, in East Jerusalem, has spurred them to violence. The Palestinian Authority police may not be able to control groups such as Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
