Study warns of hidden risk

A study conducted by Hong Kong professors revealed that traders who have invested in China's equity markets have actually exposed their investments to massive risks and may face serious chances of financial losses. The study showed that Chinese companies which acquired Class H shares witnessed their profit margin decline at 3% after their shares were listed. It was further established that energy, raw materials and petrochemicals are industries likely to suffer from earning declines.
