A two-stage decision procedure for monitoring processes with low fraction nonconforming
Article Abstract:
The cumulative count control chart (CCC-chart) is used for monitoring high-quality processes with a low fraction non-conformity. A two-stage CCC-chart can be used in order to improve the performance of one-stage CCC-chart in double sampling procedures in acceptance sampling.
