B-SCHOOL GOES TO ANDHRA PRADESH

Article Abstract:

The Indian School of Business, which is to be set up by a group of leading businessmen including owners of top corporates, is to be located at Hyderabad. It will have affiliation with leading business schools like the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the JK Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. The school will be set up on 250 acres adjacent to the Indian Institute of Information Technology at Manikonda village. The school is scheduled to commence from 2000- 2001 AD. Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore were the other locations in contention for setting up the school. (khr)

SHAREHOLDING OF ADITI CORP, ADITI TECH TO GO INTO HOLDING COMPANY

The shareholding of Aditi Corporation of the US and Aditi Technologies of Bangalore will be transferred to a holding company that will soon be set up. The equity of the holding company is to be increased by an infusion of venture capital in 1999. The company may also think of debt options in addition to increasing its equity. The company is looking at an infusion of $6 million to $10 million from venture capital companies. (khr)
