Aeroports de Paris listing to raise up to $1.79 billion

Aeroports de Paris of France is planning an initial public offering to raise approximately 1.4 billion Euros ($1.79 billion). The securities offering will consist of 600 million Euros in new shares and up to 800 million Euros in government stock. The French government has started a debt reduction program by divesting crown corporations.
