After the victory, can Koizumi deliver?

The implications of the recent victory of Liberal Democratic Party in the snap elections in Japan are discussed. The elections were called to obtain a referendum on postal-privatization bill put forth by Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi. Two political analysts analyze whether Koizumi will be successful in reforming the postal sector in Japan.
