After long delays, Airbus is launching its A350 XWB jetliner, which will compete with Boeing Co.'s 787 Dreamliner. The new A350, which is expected to be in service in 2013, will offer better fuel economy and a large cabin. Boeing's Dreamliners will go into service in 2008.

Airbus board likely to authorize A3XX marketing

Airbus chief expects A3XX approval
