Airbus prepares to navigate a new course

Airbus plans to become a corporation after having been a consortium. The firm will be registered in France with subsidiaries in Spain, Germany and the UK. The partners in Airbus are Aerospatiale Matra, DaimlerChrysler, BAE Systems and Construcciones Aeronauticas.

EADS lays ground work for IPO pricing Sunday
