All quiet on the IPO front
Article Abstract:
The issue of 411 shares in the car manufacturer, Tianjin Automotive Xiali, is forecasted to make around $150 million-200 million. The Chinese stock market has been fairly quiet, with only a small selection of stock but the anticipated revival of the B-Share markets has increased trading. Industry analysts have been calling on the Chinese government to revitalize the markets. Many Chinese companies are reluctant to list their shares on the Hong Kong market due to the low prices. Hong Kong is suffering from the economic decline prevalent throughout Asia.
