Continuing architectural uncertainties of Lower Manhattan reflects the wound inflicted by the terrorists on 9/11. Three years after the destruction of the twin towers of the World Trade Center, the slow progress for the redevelopment of the site is making architects, developers, politicians, and citizens restless.
