Aren't city centres great?
Article Abstract:
There has been a revival of city centers in the US, where some city centers are forecast to undergo large population increases. Houston and Chicago are among the growth areas. This is partly due to later marriage which means that young couples can stay in cities longer, while empty nesters are also returning to cities. Crime has dropped in urban centers, and companies are no longer moving to the suburbs, but are returning. City centers can also offer entertainment, restaurants, and cultural activities.
