Assessing the need for key-worker housing: A case study of Cambridge
Article Abstract:
The Government in England has advised local planning authorities to assess housing needs of key workers and make provision for them. A case study of Cambridge presents that there is a need to define policies for key-worker housing and suggests a broad definition of key workers to allow the planners to tackle the problems locally.
