Autogrill buys duty-free firms for $1.52 billion

In deals valued at $1.52 billion, Autogrill SpA has agreed to the purchase of duty-free shop operators World Duty Free Europe and Aldeasa. The acquisitions make Autogrill the largest airport retail store operator within the European market.
