BP officials sued by pension fund over mishaps

British Petroleum Company PLC of the United Kingdom is being sued by a pension fund sighting recent mismanagement as having hurt shareholder stock options. The oil company has recently experienced disasters that include corrosion of a pipeline at Prudhoe Bay, Alaska and an explosion at a Texas City refinery where there were 15 fatalities.

EU fines Shell, Total, 12 others in bitumen price-fixing case
