Baby foods
Article Abstract:
Numerous factors are shaping the European baby food industry. The decline in birth rates have led to a decline in baby food sales. Consumers' increased health consciousness have fueled demand for salt- and sugar-less foods supplemented with detailed information about their ingredients. Manufacturers have also shifted packaging from cans to glass jars. Statistics on specific markets as well as backgrounds on major food manufacturers are presented.
