After several years during which the Securities and Exchange Commission has imposed a slew of strict rules and restrictions aimed at preventing corporate corruption, big business has begun to fight back. Business groups such as the Managed Funds Association and the Business Roundtable are launching campaigns to challenge the agency's right to continue creating new regulations at its current pace.
