Bank of Japan pushes down yen
Article Abstract:
The Bank of Japan may have purchased yen worth $3 billion (2.77 billion euros) in an attempt to prevent the US dollar from declining below the psychologically-vital level of 115 yen. Traders said the bank was ordered to make the purchase by the Ministry of Finance.
