Banks cut ties to North Korea

Banco Delta Asia of China, allegedly under investigation for laundering moneys from North Korea has brought threats of sanctions from the United States on the communist country. This case has had a ripple effect, such that other banking interests have cut ties to North Korea causing a financial crisis.

North Korea agrees to give up nuclear arms
Article Abstract:
North Korea, in exchange for security guarantees and economic aid has pledged to give up its nuclear programs and atomic weapons. Concessions by both the United States and North Korea are needed and further negotiations are planned.
