UCB va 'co-promouvoir' le Ditropan aux USA

Article Abstract:

UCB, the Belgian pharmaceutical company, and Alza, the American pharmaceutical company have signed an agreement concerning Ditropan XL, a treatment for incontinence which Alza has developed. This agreement extends the range of medications which UCB already markets in North America. In return, UCB undertakes to co-promote Ditropan XL in the United States for three years. If it is approved by the federal administration, Ditropan XL, which is currently in the registration process, could be introduced on the market at the beginning of 1999. Under the agreement which it signed with Alza, the UCB's share of revenue from Ditropan XL sales will be determined according to UCB's promotional efforts and the level of sales achieved.

Tektronix confie ses ventes directes Manudax

Article Abstract:

The Colour Printing and Imaging division of Belgium/Luxembourg based company, Tektronix, has decided to reconsider its European distribution strategy, and has appointed the distributor Manudax to act as an intermediary between itself and retailers in Belgium and Luxembourg. It is predicted that the colour printing market in these two countries will expand between 50% and 70% in the next two years <1998-2000>.
